About the Class
Our Dancer's Conditioning class focuses on a balanced workout including cardio, strength training with weights & body bars, resistance training with gymnastic & Yoga balls and resistance bands/tubes.
Street sneakers or dance sneakers are required for safety and proper support. Water bottle and hand towel strongly suggested. Please alert Ms. Sasha of any medical conditions or limitations prior to the start of Class and remember to always work within your personal fitness level.
