About the Class
B.A.D. BootCamp CIRCUIT TRAINING challenges the participants with specific "stations" throughout the room. Each "station" works a different muscle group with a specific excercise and/or drill, while continuing to push the envelope of cardiovascular fitness. Participants will work both solo and with a partner or small group. This class promises to be challenging and FUN!
We recommend attending our other BootCamp classes on Mondays and Thursdays (at a discounted rate) throughout the Dance Year.
Sneakers are required for safety and proper support. Water bottle and hand towel strongly suggested. Please alert the Instructor of any medical conditions or limitations prior to the start of Class.
*Ms. Mellissa is a former AFAA certified Aerobics Instructor, former member & choreographer of the Reebok Performance Team-Boston, Avia Dance Team member and former choreographer/ presenter at several Aerobic Dance workshops and Masterclasses throughout New England.
