About the Class
B.A.D. BootCamp CONDITIONING focuses on a balanced workout including cardio, strength training with weights & body bars, resistance training with gymnastic & Yoga balls and resistance bands/tubes.
We recommend attending our other BootCamp classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (at a discounted rate) throughout the Dance Year.
Sneakers are required for safety and proper support. Water bottle and hand towel strongly suggested. Please alert the Instructor of any medical conditions or limitations prior to the start of Class.
*Ms. Mellissa is a former AFAA certified Aerobics Instructor, former member & choreographer of the Reebok Performance Team-Boston, Avia Dance Team member and former choreographer/ presenter at several Aerobic Dance workshops and Masterclasses throughout New England.
