B.A.D. BootCamp CARDIOCORE will challenge the participant while building and increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness through Aerobics Dance. This class combines traditional Abdominal exercises, Power Yoga basics with core and center work to help develop the abdominals and strengthen the entire core area. We strive to get strong from the inside-out. Participants are challenged with power moves, plants, stability postures, resistance and more.
We recommend attending our other BootCamp classes on Mondays and Tuesdays (all 3 offered at a discounted rate) throughout the Dance Year.
Sneakers are required for safety and proper support. Water bottle and hand towel strongly suggested. Please alert the Instructor of any medical conditions or limitations prior to the start of Class.
*Ms. Mellissa is a former AFAA certified Aerobics Instructor, former member & choreographer of the Reebok Performance Team-Boston, Avia Dance Team member and former choreographer/ presenter at several Aerobic Dance workshops and Masterclasses throughout New England.
